Welcome to our world of passion, jiu jitsu, and rock 'n' roll. We are Mike and Jay, two childhood friends whose shared love for rock music has shaped our lives and it's been one hell of a ride.

Our story began on the south shore of Long Island NY. We lived next door to each other for 20+ years, and spent our childhood and teenage years experiencing all that life on long Island had to offer. Our teenage years we were introduced to Rock N Roll music bands like Metallica, Megadeath, Iron Maiden. Like so many other Genx kids, we had found a rebellious anthem and we loved it. As we grew older, our shared fascination with rock music deepened. We spent our formative years listening to the Grateful Dead, traveling to shows, seeing live music whenever we could. Exploring vinyl collections, hunting for hidden gems in record stores, and crafting the perfect mixtape that would become a symbol of our connection.
In our mid 20's we moved apart, and while the miles between us grew, our bond remained unbreakable. We navigated long-distance friendships, using every opportunity to reunite and keep our musical flame alive. Then in the early 2000's we both found ourselves with families both living in Raleigh NC. Mike working for an IT Service Provider, Jay had moved on from teaching to open a T-Shirt company.
Then came the pivotal moment, the turning point in our journey. Mike was doing Jiu Jitsu, and noticed the connection between music and rolling on the mats. Jay was running a successful T-Shirt business. As everyone knows it's hard to stay connected to friends as life seems to get busier. The two decided to mash up what they loved. Jiu Jitsu, Rock N Roll and T Shirts. Today, we're living our dream. Our journey has been a testament to the power of friendship, determination, and a shared love for rock 'n' roll.
